Graphite keeps tracking to a minimum. This page explains what is processed when you browse the site, view project previews or send an enquiry.
Who is responsible for your data?
Graphite Studio, operating through graphite.icu, is the data controller for information you send directly through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@graphite.icu.
What we collect.
Browsing the main site does not require an account and Graphite does not run advertising or audience analytics. If you use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide.

- Basic technical and anti-abuse signals needed to deliver and protect the form
Contact form & reCAPTCHA.
Form submissions are delivered using Formspree. The contact page is protected with Google reCAPTCHA v3 to reduce automated spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA is loaded only when the Contact section is used and may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information and interaction signals.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, take steps you request before a possible project, and protect the website from abuse.
Cookies & local storage.
Graphite currently does not use advertising, behavioural profiling or analytics cookies. A small local-storage value is used only to remember that you have dismissed the privacy notice, so it does not keep appearing on every visit.
Google reCAPTCHA may set or read security-related cookies or identifiers when the Contact section is used. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, they should not be loaded before the required consent is collected.
Project previews & external services.
Work preview images are served through a third-party website screenshot service. When those previews load, your browser may make a direct request to that provider and transmit normal technical request data such as an IP address and browser headers.
Links to external websites open those sites directly and their own privacy practices apply from that point onward.
How long we keep enquiries.
Messages are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to answer you, discuss or deliver a potential project, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Third-party service providers may keep technical or delivery records according to their own retention policies.
Your rights.
Depending on the circumstances, European data-protection law may give you rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and receive portable data where applicable. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

Service providers & international processing.
Graphite relies on service providers for form delivery, anti-spam protection and website previews. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, those providers are responsible for using appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.
Changes.
If the website starts using analytics, advertising, new forms or other tools that materially change how personal data is processed, this notice will be updated and the cookie controls will be adjusted accordingly.
